Adhunik Metaliks Q1 Net Surges 208.58%
Adhunik Metaliks Limited has declared its unaudited consolidated and standalone results for the three month period ended June 2010.
The consolidated net profit of the top producer of specialty alloy steel and engineering steel grew by 208.58% during Apr-Jun period.
The company consolidated net sales remained up by 39.16% at Rs 428.44 crore as against Rs 307.87 crore during the same period of last year.
The company's net profit during the quarter surged 208.58% at Rs 56.43 crore as against Rs 18.29 crore during the corresponding period of 2009.
The quarterly EPS of the company stood at Rs 4.57 as compared to Rs 1.73 in Q1FY10 and EBIDTA Margin remained at 36.6% as compared to 23.02% in Q1FY10.
On a standalone basis, Adhunik Metaliks recorded net sales of Rs 327.23 crore, up 21.82% as against Rs 268.61 crore in Q1FY10.
The standalone net profit rose 174.66% to Rs 18.31 crore from Rs. 6.67 Crore in Q1FY10.
The standalone EPS during the quarter under review was Rs 1.48.
