£43m Jackpot for Asda Staff
Asda employees are expecting huge rewards at the prospects of £43 million bonus which they are going to share from the chain's ShareSavers Scheme.
This is going to be the biggest payout since the firm was acquired by Wal-Mart in 1999.
An average Asda employee investing over the past three years will receive £2737. This amount equates to a 150 per cent total return on supermarket's sharesave plan.
Those who did away with £250 a month will now pocket £13,800 which is £4,800 more than the £9,000 they invested.
The shares of company depicted 50 per cent rise in its price since 2006.
