385 marijuana plants at activist’s homeIt came straight from Washington as a spokesperson for the King County Sheriff's Office reportedly discovered 385 marijuana plants at the residence of a medical marijuana activist, who was found in a spew with a robber.

Sgt. John Urquhart said that the activist Steve Sarich was found with minor injuries, which believed to have occurred due to a punch-up with the robber. They further seized marijuana products such as butter, baked goods and paraphernalia. Despite being discovered with these contraband products, the officers weren’t willing to lock the activist. However, the findings have been forwarded to prosecutor’s office.

Sarich is in-charge of running the organization, CannaCare provides marijuana to patients for their medical needs. He further added that he grew the plants at his place, which is more of a nursery.

He incurred injuries while facing the robber and took pellet hits on face and arm which came out the thief’s shotgun. In return he backfired at the robber, who is presently getting medical attention at the Harborview Medical Center’s intensive care unit.
