Zen Mobile launches its Android phone at Rs 4,999
Indian mobile phone maker, Zen Mobile has announced the launch of its first Android powered mobile phone device in the Indian market.
The company launched its Zen Ultraphone U1 dual SIM phone in the Indian market. The device is powered by Android 2.3 and comes with a 1 GHz processor. The phone has a 3.5 inch HVGA (480x320 pixel) capacitive touchscreen and a 3.2 megapixel camera with flash.
The company is offering a512MB phone memory that can be extended upto 16GB through a microSD card slot. As for connectivity options, the phone comes with GPRS/EDGE, WiFi and Bluetooth but lacks 3G connectivity. It is powered by a 1200 mAh battery for extended usage time.
