WagonR colours Red FM to BlueWhile a host of companies have started to take the road blocking route in order to make their presence felt in the minds of the consumer, the market leader by sales, Maruti Suzuki has once again shown that why it is still the market leader amidst the intense competition in its small car playfield.

Going by the literal terms, Maruti also exercised a road blocking exercise for the re-launch of the new WagonR but the approach was followed with an innovative note.

Be it the station jingle or bumpers to the RJ's sign off, almost everything was modified to incorporate the vehicles features and celebrate its arrival.

Launched with the theme of the 'Blue eyed boy' the FM station was renamed as Blue FM for the particular day. Red FM senior VP & national sales head B. Surendar said that the launch of WagonR on Red FM was one of the innovative solution that the channel has offered to make a differentiated image for themselves in the minds of the consumer.

Lintas Media Group senior vice president V. S. Mani said that it was a necessity to infuse newness in the image of WagonR and the campaign has been able to do it successfully.
