The Indian market, which is booming with technological devices, is quite happy to welcome the latest vDesire mobile handset which has been launched by the Virgin Mobile. The latest handset that features chrome finishing, is a slim model with 11.5mm thickness.

The company claims that the handset is capable of storing as many as 1000 SMS and additionally has an address book capacity of 500 x 5 entries. Other features are FM radio, stereo headset, speakerphone, prepaid connection and lifetime validity and an attractive 65K color screen. The target customers of the company are the youth, which is similar to all other of their products.

“Keeping this in mind, we have introduced the vDesire phone that comes with a harmonious blend of style and features at a price that no other phone offers in this space,” said Deval Parikh, chief officer, handsets, VAS and procurement, Virgin Mobile India at the launch event.

The price tag of vDesire is just Rs 1,700.
