Terry Irwin hopes to communicate with late hubby’s spirit

Terry Irwin FamilySydney, Dec 24: Crocodile hunter Steve Irvin’s widow, Terri, has revealed that she often feels that that her late husband’s spirit is around her.

"I know (Steve's) gone but in some way he is still here. I feel him, I sense him. And I think that's very nice and comforting,” news.com.au quoted her as saying

She even believes that Steve’s spirit may leave a message for her, when American psychic medium John Edward visits Australia Zoo on January 5, as part of a summer entertainment program.

"If Steve had a message for me I would be open to it and if he has a message for all of us, then January 5 (during Edward's show) would be very good for it, " she said.

Edward became famous on the back of his television show Crossing Over, and he asserts to have the ability to communicate with the spirits of the deceased relatives of his audiences.

"He's a fair-dinkum bloke. It's been a real privilege to know him, " Terry said of Edward.

"I've invited everyone who's a sceptic (to the show on January 5), because you can't leave after seeing what John does without having some appreciation for his work,” she added.

Terri said that Edward had been a personal friend of Steve for years, and had provided great support to her family since Steve died.

She also revealed that the Summer Down Under program, which aims at promoting animal conservation issues to a broader audience by appealing through several performers, was originally Edward's idea. (ANI)
