Michael Eavis: Glastonbury Festival will never go popLondon, Mar 26 : Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis has ruled out the possibility of the popular music festival turning into a pop event.

The 73-year-old dairy farmer has declared he'll never invite a pop act to headline.

"I don't think we'll ever go down the pop route for getting a headliner for Glastonbury," the Daily Star quoted Eavis as saying.

He also denied inviting Madonna to the festival.

"Madonna hasn't been asked by us," he added.

Conducted by Food firm Skinny Cow, the survey revealed that almost one in five females could remain without seeing their best pals for six months.
The surveyors questioned 2,124 women in the country, and found that one-fifth of them had more than 100 Facebook friends.
However, most of the women admitted that their online pals were not their best mates.
Only three per cent of women quizzed for the survey said that men got in the way of friendships.

He says that he still likes to catch a pretty lady's eye.

"Occasionally, even now, somebody gives me a smile that I might think is just a little bit more than a smile," the Daily Express quoted him as telling Saga magazine.

"And when it happens I think, `How nice is that! Why don't people flirt more?''" he added.

Army sources have revealed that the Royal is trying his best to impress his instructors.

After initially failing a series of theory tests, Harry is now determined to pass the course to become a chopper pilot.

The 24-year-old Prince wants to fly Apache gunships for the Army Air Corps in Afghanistan.

A three-year prison sentence was pronounced on the Blade star for tax evasion last year, after he was found guilty of failing to file taxes for five years.

He is presently free on a 1 million-dollar bond pending an appeal.
