In Satyam case, SC has called off Ramalinga Raju's bail

The Supreme Court today called off the bails given to Satyam Computer founder B Ramalinga Raju, his brother B Rama Raju and 4 others by the Andhra Pradesh High Court in the Rs 14,000-crore official scam.

Examining the CBI appeal, a Supreme Court bench including Justices Dalveer Bhandari and Deepak Verma today called off the bails and requested all 6 persons to surrender their selves by November 10.

Watching that the case which comprises the major scam in the history of nation, which had influence big number financial institutions ,shareholders, banks and, the bench stated  that the High Court command of giving bail cannot be continued.

The SC also aimed at the special court in Hyderabad, which is carrying out the trial in the Satyam case, to end its procedures by July 2011.

Previously this month, the bench had ordered a notice to Raju, targeting him to report his reply on CBI's appeal.

As well the 2 Raju brothers, the High Court had given bail to the 4 employees of the IT firm, specifically Srinivas, Ramakrishna, Venkatapathi and Srisailam.
