‘Satisfied’ Manmohan returns New Delhi after G-20 summitNew Delhi, Apr. 4 : Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh arrived here in wee hours of Saturday after attending "satisfactory" G-20 summit in London.

Dr. Singh also held bilateral talks with US President Barack Obama and G-20 host and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown on the sidelines of the summit.

Dr. Singh expressed satisfaction after discussing terrorism, economy and bilateral issues with Obama and Brown.

"I leave London satisfied that my bilateral and other meetings have been productive and useful, and that the G-20 summit has shown the way forward," Dr. Singh said before leaving the British capital.

Earlier, Dr. Singh and Obama had agreed to fight terrorism together.

"Well, we did discuss the development in Afghanistan and Pakistan. We both agreed that our two countries must work together to counter the forces of terror," Dr. Singh told reporters on Friday.

"So I go back home very satisfied with the outcome both with the summit and my meetings with world leaders and especially with President Barack Obama," he added. (ANI)
