Russia condemns terror strikes in India
New Delhi, July 30 : Russian President Dmitri Medvedev has condemned the serial bomb blasts in Bangalore and Ahmedabad.
In messages of condolence to President Pratibha Patil and Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, Medvedev said: "With deep sorrow we have received the news about the terrorist acts committed in Bangalore and Ahmedabad in which scores of civilians have died and hundreds have been injured. There can be no justification to such barbaric acts of terrorism.
I am confident that inevitable punishment awaits their instigators, organizers and perpetraters. Please, on my personal behalf and on behalf of the entire people of Russia convey heartfelt condolences to the near and dear ones of deceased and wishes of speedy recovery to all the injured."
