Rupee falls by 6 paisa in early tradeAfter gaining for the past six consecutive days, the Indian rupee has filed a fall of 6 paisa in the early trade moving against the US dollar standing at 45.64. It is to be mentioned here that the fall is expected to be because of the rise in the demand of the dollar.

The value of the rupee is as per the value on Interbank Foreign Exchange on Thursday. If the words of the forex dealers are to be believed then the weak opening of the rupee coupled with the high demand of dollar form the exporters has put pressure on the value of the Indian rupee.

Moreover, the forex dealers also pointed out the fact that the dollar has also gained against the other currencies as well and has capped the domestic currency’s losses. For the uninitiated, the rupee had gained 9 paisa to close at a fresh four-month high of 45.58/59 against the US dollar trading in the previous session.

On the other end, the Sensex also registered a fall of 86 points and stood at the 19,855 mark in the opening trade session for the day.
