Warsaw - Four people died in northern Poland Tuesday when a Polish military transporter crashed upon landing, fire crews told the Polish news agency PAP.

According to witnesses, the Soviet AN-28 burst into flames after the crash.

The crash occurred near the town of Gdynia. The cause of the accident was unknown. (dpa)
