Financial services firm Religare Enterprises has announced it annual financial results for the year 2009-10. The company has managed to post an impressive fourth quarter net revenue and net profit.

As per the recent reports the company's consolidated net profit has touched Rs 31.7 crore for the fourth quarter ended on 31st March 2010.

But the preceding year's result was quite disappointing for the company. It had a consolidated net loss of Rs 63.2 crore in the same quarter last year. Religare Enterprises has informed this while it was filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

So far as the net income is concerned it has gone up to Rs 528.2 crore for the quarter. The income was Rs 245.8 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal. Religare Enterprises Limited Group CEO Shachindra Nath has informed that the current year's result indicates company's proper balance between current performance and investments in emerging lines of business.

The company is looking forward to have a superior growth in coming days with maintaining flexibility in its further investments.
