Lindsay Lohan, Lily Allen planning duet?Washington, Feb 26 : Lindsay Lohan and Lily Allen are reportedly planning to record a track together.

The Mean Girls star, who is dating DJ Samantha Ronson, has up till now made two solo albums, reports Contactmusic.

Allen is a family friend of the Ronson clan, having worked with Samantha's brother Mark on her 2006 debut Alright, Still.

And now she is set to work on a track with Lohan, according to British newspaper The Sun.

US consulting with Pak ahead of policy review: Clinton Washington, Feb. 26 : The US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has said that Washington is in close strategic consultation with Pakistan before chalking out a new policy for the troubled region along the Pakistan- Afghanistan border.

Clinton met Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi at the State Department here. The meeting was a part of the ongoing three-way American policy review, which includes Afghanistan also.

Drone attacks inside Pakistan will continue: CIA

Washington, Feb. 26 : The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Leon Panetta, has said that US drone attacks against al-Qaeda and other extremist strongholds inside Pakistan would continue, notwithstanding a popular Pakistani backlash.

"Nothing has changed our efforts to go after terrorists, and nothing will change those efforts," Panetta said in response to questions about CIA missile attacks, launched from unmanned Predator aircraft.

Although he refused to discuss details of the attacks, the Washington Post quoted Panetta as saying that efforts begun under the Bush administration to destabilize al-Qaeda and destroy its leadership "have been successful."

"We've seen the impact of a worldwide recession occur throughout the world," said CIA chief Leon Panetta.

The spy agency is following worrisome trends in many corners of the globe, from East Asia to Latin America.

Spider-Man musical 'to have Broadway debut in 2010'Washington, Feb 26 : Bono and The Edge's musical based on the Marvel comic book hero Spider-Man will open on Broadway in 2010, according to reports.

'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark' will include the story of the superhero's origins and will feature music and lyrics by U2 members, reports Contactmusic.

It will play at the Hilton Theatre due to the venue's space, with preview performances taking place in January.

It will be directed by Julie Taymor, the name behind Disney's long-running Lion King.
