Islamabad, Apr. 24 : Pakistan has tabled `documentary proof' against India Afghanistan in the Senate, which supports its claims that the two countries are involved in the on-going unrest in Balochistan.

The documents stated that New Delhi was providing tactical support and was funding and training Pakistani terror groups.

Washinton, Apr. 24 : The so called ‘peace deal’ between the government of Pakistan and the Taliban in the Swat Valley has brought Washington and Islamabad at loggerheads, with the United States considering that the accord would only provide an opportunity to the insurgents to build terror safe havens in Pakistan’s heart.

US diplomats see the peace accord of the Swat Valley, which is located just 60 miles away from Islamabad, as a threat to the region, and to the western world too.

Islamabad, Apr. 24 : With the Taliban's unchallenged surge into newer regions inside Pakistan continuing, the United States has raised severe questions over Islamabad's willingness to tackle the issue, and the decision of the country's Army to keep away from the problem.

Consolidating their position inside Pakistan's geographical territory, some 400 to 500 insurgents entered the North West Frontier Province's Buner district, which is located just 70 miles away from the federal capital Islamabad.

Islamabad - Taliban militants clashed with Pakistani security forces Thursday as they moved into the north-western district of Buneer, said an official, as Western leaders worried over the mounting threat to the Pakistani government.

The movement of eight platoons of Frontier Constabulary seems to have failed in blocking Taliban who reportedly have invaded another neighbouring district of Shangla.

Islamabad, Apr. 23: The Taliban is recruiting children and teenagers in Pakistan to transform them into suicide bombers to carry out deadly attacks across the country, in which scores of people have been killed in the recent past.

According to a report in the Daily Times, at least 5000 child suicide bombers aged between 10 to 17 years have been trained by the Taliban till now, and are waiting to strike at the orders of their masters.

Lahore, Apr. 23 : Taking on Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) chief Sufi Muhammad, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Syed Munawar Hassan has called him a ‘kafir’ (unbeliever).

Talking to media persons after holding talks with Khaksar Tehreek chief Hamidud Din Almashraqi, Hassan said Muhammad had fought counselor elections’ in the past, so he should refrain calling the constitution and National Assembly members’ ‘un-Islamic’.
