Cancer-stricken Jade Goody making care plan for sonsLondon, Feb 10: Jade Goody is making plans to secure the future of her two sons in case she loses her cancer battle.

The former Big Brother star is sorting things out with lover Jack Tweed, 21, her mum Jackiey and her kids' dad Jeff Brazier, 29, who has agreed to provide care for Bobby, five, and Freddie, four.

"Everyone is telling Jade to concentrate on getting better but she wants to plan for the future. The boys are her priority," the Sun quoted a family friend, as saying.
