London, Feb 19 : `Slumdog Millionaire' star Freida Pinto was secretly married to college mate and now ex-fiance Rohan Antao, it has emerged.
According to pals, Pinto tied the knot with her long-term lover Antao in secret before she hit the big time in the Oscar nominated flick.
The 24-year-old actress has made a point of not opening up about her private life in public and has not even responded to reports she and Antao have ever been an item.
However, she is alleged to have married Antao in Goa in December 2007.

They have all been moved to tears by her ordeal.

The annual prizegiving dinner was hosted by `Will & Grace' star Debra Messing in Beverly Hills, reports the Daily Express.
The period film award went to Michael O''Connor for the 18th-century designs in `The Duchess,' while the fantasy film award went to Lindy Hemming for the comics-derived duds of `The Dark Knight.'
London, Feb 19: An early, unpublished work by Lord of the Rings author JRR Tolkien is set to hit bookshelves this spring.
On Tuesday, publisher Houghton Mifflin Harcourt announced that Tolkien''s The Legend of Siguard and Gudrun, featuring notes by the author''s youngest son, Christopher Tolkien, will be released in May.
The Legend of Sigurd and Gudrun, a reworking in verse of old Norse epics, predates Tolkien''s The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy, reports the BBC.

Sleep problems have long been associated with mental health conditions, but it was believed that they were a side effect of the disease.

London, Feb 19: Musicians Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel plan to tour again for the first time in five years.
The plans were revealed by Garfunkel five days after making a surprise appearance at a Paul Simon concert in New York where the pair performed three songs, reports the BBC.
"Our plan to work together is coming together but it doesn''t go through England this time," he said.
The 67-year-old artist would not confirm if the tour would be in the US.
