Hyderabad, August 1 : To expedite development of its Oil and Gas finds off the coast of Andhra Pradesh, oil major Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has drawn up a plan to set up an ''Integrated Offshore Supply Base-cum-Processing unit'' near Kona coast in its east Godavari District.

The Integrated Offshore Supply Base is expected to boost ONGC''s Exploration and Production (E&P) efforts on the east coast, which is increasing rapidly.

Hyderabad, Aug 1: The death toll in the Gautami Express fire accident has risen to 13, including a pregnant woman. Besides, four passengers were injured in the incident, which happened early this morning near Mehboobabad in the Warangal District of Andhra Pradesh.

Among the dead, four, including the pregnant woman and three physically challenged persons, belonged to the West Godavari District.

The fire broke out in one of the sleeper coaches, S-9, of the moving train, proceeding from Secunderabad to Kakinada around 1:30 a. m. and soon spread to four other coaches, Railway sources said.

Hyderabad, Aug 1: Three people, including two women, were killed as fire broke out in the Gautami Express near Mehboobabad district of Andhra Pradesh early this morning.

Hyderabad-based IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects (IVRCL) has been awarded AVR H.N.S.S. Project-Phase II by the Irrigation & CAD department of Andhra Pradesh.

Hyderabad, July 27 : All-India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will visit Gandhi Bhavan, the state Congress headquarters in Hyderabad today.

During his visit, Rahul will interact with the members of various cells of the party and frontal organisations and address a meeting of the state executive committee.

He is also scheduled to participate in a tele-conference with district unit presidents and inaugurate a set of computers linking state party office with its district units.
