Roger Daltrey urges younger rockers to run his charity concertsWashington, March 30 : The Who frontman Roger Daltrey has been calling upon Oasis star Noel Gallagher and Stereophonics singer Kelly Jones to take over his role as a charity gig organiser.

Daltrey has been managing the fundraisers for his Teenage Cancer Trust project for the last nine years.

And the 65-year-old now feels it is time for him to step down and pass the beacon to younger stars.

London, September 21: Roger Daltrey from ‘The Who’ and Joe Walsh from ‘The Eagles' will be among renowned rock stars who will perform at the 10th Rock'n'Roll Fantasy Camp in Las Vegas in November.

The Rock'n'Roll Fantasy Camp brings music lovers an opportunity to jam and record with their favourite rock stars.

"Rock'n'Roll Fantasy Camp reminds me of what it used to be like when we first started, when we were rough and ready... it's fantastic," the BBC quoted Daltrey as saying.
