London, Apr 29 : The lover of Britney Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears was involved in horror car accident when he wrecked his Ford truck after a fishing trip.
Casey Aldridge, 19, suffered a blood clot near his brain after the car crash and the Nickelodeon star was at his bedside before doctors operated on him.
"Jamie and Britney are both worried sick. They're concerned about reports that he may need surgery for a blood clot. At first they thought it wasn't that serious," The Daily Star quoted a source as saying.
