PC Version Of “Mass Effect” Delayed Till May 28

The release of the “Mass Effect” for PC has been delayed till May 28 in Mass Effect For PCNorth America and June 6, 2008 in Europe.

Chris Priestly, community coordinator, BioWare, on yesterday, announced the changes made in the releasing plan, as part of a post on the "Mass Effect" official forum.

Chris stated that BioWare and Demiurge Studios will require a few more weeks to make game more fascinating.

While talking about the postponement, Chris also said, “The additional time will allow then to incorporate more play-testing feedback, add extra polish and tune the additional features so that Mass Effect is a natural and outstanding PC gaming experience.”

Mass Effect is already available on the Xbox 360 but its PC version will enjoy a host of added features.

Reports suggest that the Mass Effect for PC will have optimized and fully-customizable controls and highly detailed textures, qualities, and environments.

Besides, it will also have a new heads up display (HUD) that permits players to access individual squad command, biotic powers and abilities, and weapon command interfaces -- all on one screen.

Initially, Mass Effect for the PC was supposed to be released on May 6, 2008 in North America.

Hope things aren’t delayed further, as there are millions of gamers who are keenly waiting for the Mass Effect on PC version.
