The mobile companies these days are flooding markets with lots of 3G phones and recently Panasonic joined in the race by launching 3G Tropical 823P phone. The handset other than being extremely cute and attractive would also give you the advantage to attend it while you are by the swimming pool or beach.

The waterproof Tropical 823P features a 3? QVGA display, 2 megapixel camera, 3G HSDPA connectivity and supports Bluetooth.

The Tropical 823P also offers GPS navigation and 1Seg support. Measuring 50mm x 108mm x 17.6mm and it weighs about 132 grams.

The handset would be available in variety of colors, including bright pink, which surely would become popular among ladies. Various other soothing colors like pure white, cherry pink, marine blue and lime green, would also dress this 3G phone.

Though there has been no word on pricing, Panasonic will be launching it in the Japanese markets through Softbank.
