Official Hajj Mission Chairman tours UAE camps in Mina, Arafat
Makkah, Dec. 1, 2008 The Chairman of the UAE Official Hajj Mission, Mohammed Obeid Al-Mazroui toured, Monday morning, the camps of UAE pilgrims in both Mina and Arafat to have first hand information about the level of preparations at the camps.
Al-Mazroui, expressed satisfaction over the progress of work on the two camps which are now receiving some finishing touches and being equipped with all necessary supplies to ensure the comfort of the UAE pilgrims during their stay at the camps.
In a statement after the tour, Al-Mazroui said work at the camps was progressing according to plans. He urged all UAE Hajj contractors under its supervision to quickly register for their space allocations at the two camps before the deadline, slated for the 6th day of Zul Hijja (December 3, 2008), which is the day the spaces at the two camps would be allocated to only those who registered with the Hajj Mission.
Meanwhile, Al-Mazroui received at the premises of the Official UAE Hajj Mission here in Makkah, Dr. Khalid Al-Mazkour, who was accompanied by the Assistant Undersecretary for Kuwait's Awqaf Ministry, Mutlaq Al-Karawi.
