Srinagar, Aug 27 : After his brief absence from the virtual world, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is back on Twitter, refusing to write about the man who has held the government hostage on the issue of corruption -- Anna Hazare.

"Since nothing is happening in the world other than Anna & I refuse to tweet about Anna ergo I can't tweet about anything :-)," the young chief minister posted on the micro-blogging website.

Mumbai, Aug 27 : India's foreign exchange (forex) reserves rose by $1.61 billion to $318.22 billion for the week ended Aug 19 as compared to $316.60 billion in the previous week, official data Saturday showed.

The forex reserves rose for the first time in the last three weeks. The forex reserves kitty had dropped by $621 million and $1.86 billion respectively during the previous two weeks after surging to an all-time high of $319.08 billion recorded during the week ended July 29.

Washington, Aug 27 : A new study has revealed that people with lower socio-economic status are much more likely to develop heart disease than those who are wealthier or better educated.

The study also show that this risk persists even with long-term progress in addressing traditional risk factors such as smoking, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol.
