New Delhi, Sep 8 : Congress President Sonia Gandhi returned here from the United States this morning where she underwent a surgery last month for an undisclosed ailment.

Congress General Secretary Janardhan Dwivedi said: "Congress President returned early today and she is fine."

According to reports, 64-year-old Gandhi, who had left the country on August 2 and had thereafter undergone a surgery, is not meeting anyone presently.
