Baghdad - At least 20 people were killed and another 30 were injured in
a restaurant explosion in the northern Iraqi province of Kirkuk, the
Dubai based al-Arabiya channel reported.

The channel did not give further details on the explosion. The oil rich Kirkuk is located 250 kilometres north of Baghdad.

The multi-ethnic city has a population of Kurds, Arabs and Turkomans. (dpa)
