With the purchase of its ETG assets, Interblock aims to further enhance its already growth-focused strategy by bringing inventive as well as ambitious solutions to the gaming industry. In the transaction, the company is represented by Kirkland & Ellis LLP – a Chicago, Illinois-headquartered American multinational law firm.

When asked for a comment Interblock Global CEO John Connelly said that the purchase of Aruze’s ETG assets would create a significant portfolio of innovative synergies that the company wanted to bring to the market before the end of current calendar year.

Also, via the aforementioned acquisition, Interblock will increase its total number of employees by more than 700 across the world.
