In a really bizarre case, a 21-year-old man took his first date to a car park and then came back quickly asking her to drive away at once.

His date, Leah Gibbs, 23, from Tylorstown in south Wales, did not realize what was happening and had no idea that she had helped the man, Adam Minton rob a shop. She failed to understand what was happening after Mr Minton came running shouting, "Go, go, go!"

She drove him home but noticed that his attitude towards her changed and he become rude. Then she decided to end the date, according to a report in the Daily Mail. It also said that just he was about to let her into the house the police arrived to arrest them.

Miss Gibbs only came to know what was happening when the Police arrived and accused her of being his accomplice as he a robbed a betting shop at knifepoint.

She even had to spend a night in jail before she could explain it to the police officers that she had not knowledge of his intentions and did not in any way executed the robbery. Mr Minton has been jailed for four and a half years after being charged for his crime.

"I thought I would be ending the night in Adam's arms. Instead, he had landed in the long arms of the law and I was facing jail," she said. (IANS)
