Sell Larsen & Toubro With Stoploss Of Rs 1536
Stock market analyst Rajesh Jain of SMC Global Securities is of the view that investors can sell Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) stock in today's session for a target of Rs 1466.
According to Jain, the investors can sell the stock with a stoploss of Rs 1536.
If the stock fell below Rs 1458, it may see more weakness.
Today, the stock opened at Rs 1505 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 1800 and a low of Rs 951 on BSE.
Current EPS & P/E ratio stood at 49.48 and 30.28 respectively.
Larsen & Toubro will sell Rs 3 billion bonds on Tuesday.
The ten-year bond pays an initial coupon of 8.75% that will go up to 9.15% after the first year.
Investors must pay 10% of the bond's face value upfront, and the remaining after the initial year. Once the bonds are completely paid-up the coupon is escalated to 9.15%.
On May 04, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) and Howden signed a JV pact to devise, engineer, set up and supply axial fans and air pre heaters to Indian thermal power facilities.
The joint venture will invest about Rs 1 billion for setting up the industrial plant and related infrastructure.
