Flying cars are going to be reality soon. It has been something typically reserved for science fiction. But it won't be in fiction only. It has come closer to the actuality now.

The Defence Advanced Projects Agency (DARPA) has been tasked with exploring the concept and now it has moved a step further. It has cleared the Transformer (TX) program. It has also informed that there are flying vehicles which are currently flying for the military services. But it is expected that soon it will become a source of everyday transportation.

If each and every realization works properly then the dream of flying cars will no more a dream by the year 2015. So far as military is concerned, the same concept is also working over there.

But flying a vehicle for transportation is a different thing and it needs several issues to be clarified before going for actualization. The military flying car is a four seater with 250 miles on a tank of fuel. It can fly through the air and drive on the ground as well.
