Actor Salman Khan has been admitted to hospital after shooting a sequence which required him to run through fire many times during the weekend. The actor is known for his professionalism and prefers to repeat performances to get the perfect scene himself.

The actor was shooting for his brother Arbaz Khan's debut production Dabang in Satara district. He reportedly went through fire several times as he wanted to get the perfect scene. Many in the shoot had advised him to do the scene only once.

He was taken to a hospital after he complained of breathlessness from smoke during the shoot.

He then returned for the shoot the very next day in spite of doctor's advice to take rest for the next couple of days. He said that he continued shooting as he did not want to interrupt the shooting.

A source indicated that the professionalism showed by the actor impressed everyone.
