Los Angeles  - Celebrity Nicole Richie and rock-star husband Joel Madden have had their second baby, People magazine reported Wednesday.

The boy, named Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born early Wednesday, and both mother and baby are doing well. Richie gave birth to daughter Harlow in January 2008. (dpa)
