London, May 13 : Hollywood socialite Kim Kardashian is doing her bit to make her stepfather Bruce Jenner get rid of his physical insecurities by documenting his plastic surgery on her reality show `Keeping Up With the Kardashians'.

Bruce Jenner went under the knife after being subjected to years of mocking from the media following a facelift in the 1980s.

Kim is positive that Jenner will overcome his insecurities after people watch his transformation, and hear about his struggle with his looks on television.

"Bruce has gotten a lot of media criticism in the past for getting an ill-advised partial facelift and a nose job," the Daily Star quoted Kim as telling People. com.

"He has never ever spoken about this until now. It''s very heartfelt and I think people will see how sweet and simply human Bruce is," Kim added.

Kim is happy with the results of Bruce's second facelift, as she thinks he looks better.

"Unfortunately, the result (of the original surgery) wasn''t what Bruce had hoped for and for years since then he has been the victim of cruel taunts from the media. Since he''s turning 60 in October, Bruce felt it was time to correct the mistakes made by the previous doctor so he went to a new doctor for a second facelift," Kim said.

"The results are amazing! Bruce looks better than ever and he is extremely happy with the result," Kim added. (ANI)
