Mugabe flyswatter is South Africa's latest trend

Johannesburg  - Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe has a new calling in South Africa ... as a fly swatter.

An enterprising farmer drew a portrait of a shouting Mugabe on hundreds of fly swatters and sold them at rest stops alongside farm articles.

"At first we weren't sure if people would warm up to them, but the swatter is a real success. We're already sold out," said a saleswoman at a Montrose rest stop along the highway between Johannesburg and Durban. They sell for 39.95 rand (4 dollars) (dpa)
