Allen's ''The Fear'' has topped the UK singles chart for the third week, while parent disc `It''s Not Me, It''s You' has landed the top spot on the UK albums chart.

Kings of Leon's `Only By The Night' came second in the albums chart, while UB40 stood third with their Love Songs collection, reports the BBC.

In the singles chart, Lady GaGa's ''Just Dance'' holds steady at two this week, while Alesha Dixon''s ''Breathe Slow'' climbs from five to three.
