Jeetu Sethi is an altruistic Shilpa Shetty’s admirer who managed to have Shilpa’s personal cell phone number, and, in place of keeping it for himself, he leaked out it on the Internet, through mass mail, to all his allies.

The mail message comprises Shilpa’s photograph with the mobile number written across it. As expected, the mail and the cell number spread like wildfire.

The entire episode makes Shilpa upset.

Dale Bhagwagar, Shetty’s publicist said she received a flood of calls and SMS’s and a few call for a date with her, some call to hear her voice, some call to inquire about her most recent musical, and some just want to confirm if they have the Shilpa Shetty on the line.

Bhagwagar also told that Shilpa’s cell number is known to eight people. Two weeks back, her cell number was all over the Internet.

He said, “We have no clue how this person got hold of it, but such mischief is damaging and Shilpa is not the kind of person to take it lying down. We will be taking up the matter with the concerned authorities dealing with such white-collar offences.”

He added that this disturbing incident is a dampener at a time when Shetty is on tour, rather successfully, for her 'Miss Bollywood' musical.

Bhagwagar is going to file a complaint at the Cyber Crime Department of the Crime Branch at Crawford Market, Mumbai, on Monday evening, against Jeetu Sethi.
