Washington, Aug 27: Katie Holmes has reportedly got a henna tattoo of two chains running around her wrists, after she was influenced by Victoria Beckham's tattoo.

According to the Daily Mail, the 32-year-old American actress was pictured arriving at the Digital Domain studios sporting the tattoo similar to that of her close friend, Contactmusic reported.

Although the meaning of Holmes' tattoo is unclear, it is being suggested to signify her relationship with Tom Cruise, similar to Beckham, who's tattoo signifies the 10-year anniversary of her relationship with husband David Beckham.

The `Batman Begins' star was said top be "impressed" by the fashion designer's wrist tattoo in 2009, which reads "Together, Forever, Eternally".

Regardless of the sentiment, Cruise was said to be reluctant about the tattoo and "desperately" tried to talk her out of it, leaving her with the option of a henna tattoo, which is also unconfirmed. (ANI)
