Kate Moss on ‘Vibrancy Diet’ to get back her supermodel looks
London, Sept 19: Since her break-up with Pete Doherty, Kate Moss has reportedly been on a mission to ensure that she doesn’t lose her looks, and has taken to a new diet regimen that she calls ‘The Vibrancy Diet’
While she was dating the troubled rocker, her rock and roll lifestyle took a toll on her looks.
However since the split, Moss has been determined to get back the look that made her famous, and turned to the diet.
She has been having probiotic yoghurts, and fruit and toast, for breakfast.
For lunch, she opts for grilled fish or chicken with vegetables.
The 34-year-old has gained 5 pounds since this July.
The mum of one has been using relaxation and meditation practice and washing the face with boiled milk.
"She's really taken herself in hand since her split with Pete Doherty and has spoken to skincare experts, nutritionists and homeopaths about how best to look after herself,” the Daily Mail quoted a source, as saying.
"When she was with Pete, they'd often eat at weird hours and would go for days with little sleep,’ the source added. (With Inputs from ANI)
