London, Jan 21 : Cancer-stricken Jade Goody has revealed that she does not want to know how she got the fatal disease.

"I don't know anything about cancer and that probably sounds really naive... and might offend some people," the Sun quoted her, as saying.

"But I don't want to know anything about cancer, I don't want to know, I really don't.

"Maybe one day when I'm all better I might read about it, but I don't want to read about it.

"I don't know, like, where does it come from? Why does it only go to certain people?

"I just don't understand it at all. I'm 27, and I am a mum, and you know I have experienced a lot in life, but I just know that I've got something not good inside my body and it's going to go," she added. (ANI)
