I hate exercising self-control, says Kate Upton

New York, Feb 2 : Kate Upton, who is often the topic of blog posts about body weight and the modelling industry, has revealed that she hates exercising self control.

"For girls there's always pressure. Even if I was in college, or if I was doing a different job. Anywhere in life, for girls there's pressure to keep your weight and to keep yourself feeling and looking good," the Huffington Post quoted her as telling The Cut on the topic of body image.

The Sports Illustrated model with the "curvy" figure said that for her to do that in the public eye is definitely a lot but she has to have the right outlook on it.

She said that she is aware that her shapely figure, unconventional in the world of fashion modelling, is an inspiration to real women.

She asserted that it is really motivating to know that she is helping people look at their life in a healthy way, just by living her life by example. (ANI)
