HCL Infosystems, India's premier information enabler and leading ICT System Integrator, has acquired Natural Technologies Pvt. Ltd (NTPL) for a consideration of Rs 8.39 crore. Natural Technologies is engaged in the business of providing banking software products & solutions.

Jaipur-based NTPL has over 10 years of experience in developing software products for Indian banking sector. The company serves over 30 clients from PSU, private sector, cooperative sector and regional rural sector banks.

HCL Infosystems reported consolidated revenue of Rs 3017.5 crores (USD 765.7 million) and PAT of Rs 81.5 crores (USD 20.7 million) for the quarter ended 31st March 2008.
