Ace Golfer Jyoti Randhawa will be the Brand Ambassador for Religare Enterprises, a financial services arm of Ranbaxy Group .With the deal finally signed the golfer shall wear the Religare brand logo on his sleeve for one year. The CEO and MD Religare Enterprises, Sunil Godhwani said "From strategic perspective as an organization, we are always open to such associations and we look forward to nurture and encourage young, energetic and vibrant talent".

This is the first time that Religare has had a contract with an individual sports person. Previously Religare had sponsored the Delhi Dare Devils Team in the IPL and also co-sponsored the Hero Honda Indian Golf Tournament.

Moreover Religare sees this sign-up as a potential means for clientele boosting, as organizing meetings with the international golfer may be seen by some as a special privilege. Religare is the only Indian brand which is sported by the international golfer. Huge Boss and Taylor Made are the two brands among others which the golfer endorses.
