Moscow - A careless crew member caused a weekend accident on a Russian nuclear submarine that cost 20 lives, an inquiry showed Thursday.

The inquiry established that a sailor set off the "anti-fire system on board the submarine without authorization and for no reason," the Itar-Tass news agency quoted a prosecution spokesman as saying.

Washington, Nov 13 : Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has quashed claims suggesting that she is expecting another child with lover Brad Pitt.

American tabloids recently claimed that the actress is pregnant again – just three months ago the stunner gave birth to twins Knox and Vivienne.

However her spokesman has poured cold water on all the claims.

"This is not true,” Contactmusic quoted Angelina’s spokesman Geyer Kosinski, as saying.

Besides the twins, the star pair has three adopted children, Maddox, seven, Pax, four, and Zahara, three.
