Washington, Mar 6 : American pop singer Cher is apparently angry with the attention grabbing mum-of-14, Nadya Suleman, because she thinks that no single mother should be allowed to bring up so many kids alone.

Suleman, who has no means of income, stunned the world when she gave birth to octuplets in January this year, adding to her other six kids, who are all under the age of eight.

Cher is among those calling for social services to intervene, so that the babies don''t have to face a childhood struggle on welfare.

London, Mar 6 : Even though John Mayer has patched things up with former Friends star Jennifer Aniston, the comments he made regarding the relationship between actor Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have come back to haunt him.

The remarks, which had been made by Mayer, 31, to Rolling Stone magazine in 2006, were reprinted by US websites.

Washington, Mar 6 : "King of Pop" Michael Jackson's comeback tour has been planned for his kids, if reports are to be believed.

"Michael's doing it for his kids. He wanted them to see, at least once, what he did for a living," Fox News quoted a source close to the singer as saying.

Jackson, who was at the O2 Arena to talk about his summer tour, looked fit and fine despite reports of his near death or fatal illnesses, and he told the crowd that it would be his "final curtain call".

London, Mar 6 : Ashley Cole is likely to escape further punishment after his arrest for drunk and disorderly conduct.

Chelsea has traditionally not fined players for incidents on or off the field, and they will leave any action to the discretion of manager Guus Hiddink.

Club rules state that England ace Cole, 28, can be fined two weeks' wages - 164,000 pounds in his case.

But sources close to the Dutch boss last night said he would not make an example of Cole.
