Following the abduction and molestation of a 20-year-old German girl on Saturday, Police arrested four suspects and is on the verge to find another person alleged to be involved in the incident.

Two suspects Manveer Singh alias Jolly and Sukhwinder Singh alias Sukhi surrendered themselves before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) on Wednesday whereas Pankaj Punia and Harpreet Singh alias Dalli were arrested from Ambala. All the four held are in Police custody till tomorrow and the police is leaving no stones unturned in interrogating them. The police is still on the lookout for the fifth one known as ‘Sompal’ who is still at large.

A senior Police Officer said, "Intensive interrogation and recording of statements of the accused are being done to reach a logical conclusion.” He also added that the suspects were being medically scrutinized at a Hospital and will also be able to get their DNA test samples, therefore enough evidences to prove their guilt. He also affirmed that "Sompal too will be arrested soon as teams of police have zeroed in on him."
