FBI agents trace hacker who messed with ‘Hannah Montana’

FBI agents trace hacker who messed with ‘Hannah Montana’The FBI agents have caught up with the 19-year-old hacker, Josh Holly, who posted some racy photos of Disney starlet, Miley Cyrus, on the Internet. Holly had bragged openly about obtaining the photos from an email account of the 15-year-old star of ‘Hannah Montana’, the hit Disney Channel series.

Holly, whose screen name is ‘TrainReq’, gained access to an email account once used by Cyrus last December, and found images of the actress with a bare midriff, and blowing kisses that she supposedly sent to her then boyfriend, singer Nick Jonas.

According to Internet reports, no celebrity outlets would buy the photos from him due to the illegal manner in which he obtained them, so he posted them online and they spread across the Internet.

In his interviews to blogs and radio stations, Holly - playing the cool-as-ice hacker - boasted that he moved so often that authorities would never catch him. However, he now told Wired.com that the FBI found him on Monday, and seized three computers and a phone from his home in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Holly theorized that the FBI agents came knocking at his door, probably because of a tip off, by either the local fire marshal or a fellow hacker. Though he was neither arrested nor charged, he said: “I was just kind of shaking. I was thrown way off guard. I guess somebody ended up ratting me out.”

Meanwhile, at an undisclosed FBI location, officials are snooping through Holly’s own email for a change – and the hacker previously on a publicity spree, now waits to see whether the authorities, or Cyrus’ representatives, will file charges!
