The well known, Far Cry 2 game bundled with its GeForce 9 series of graphics cards is now being offered by XFX. The Indian users will get the game for free with the GeForce 9600GT card, read a press release. A number of features are boasted by the XFX GeForce 9 series that includes Nvidia's physics engine, PhysX; CUDA technology, in order to improve performance in graphical applications and Hybrid Power technology, which saves the power usage by shutting off the graphics card when it is not needed.

The XFX GeForce 9 series of cards which incorporates Nvidia's PureVideo HD technology engine for better performance when playing Blu-ray and HD DVD movies have been designed for the new PCI Express 2.0 bus architecture.

Ubisoft Montreal had developed Far Cry 2, which has been well appreciated by the gamers. Since the game is also graphically intensive, it has been picked up by many reviewers as a benchmark for gaming performance.

The XFX 9600GT that comes with a three year warranty, has been priced at Rs. 9,500 for India.
