Rome - AC Milan have requested further medical tests for French defender Aly Cissokho after buying him from Porto, Italian media reported Wednesday.

Cissokho, a 21-year-old French left back with Senegalese origins, had undergone tests already on Tuesday, but it now appears that medical examinations revealed a dental problem that could affect the player's posture.

He on Wednesday was to sign a five-year contract worth 1 million euros (1.4 million dollars) per season. Milan bought him for 15 million euros from the Portuguese champions. (dpa)
