Delivering cash safely to bank can land you a parking fine!
London, Nov 30: A security van was given a ticket by a traffic warden while it was delivering cash to a bank.
The official gave the fine after the van driver refused to move outside Barclays, a global financial services provider.
A Securicor worker said that they needed to park the vehicle near the bank in order to get the money in safely yet the wardens gave them the brief.
“We need to park near the bank to get the money in safely yet the wardens give us grief,” The Sun quoted the worker, as saying.
However, the council officials insisted that the van was causing an obstruction on yellow lines in Blackburn, Lancs. (ANI)
